The Value Score (0–10) combines quality, experience, pricing, and customer feedback. A higher score means better overall value. It's our way of helping you compare providers fairly — not just on price, but on everything that matters.

Use the search bar to find services by category, keyword, or business name. Filter by location (province or city), price range, certifications, and ratings. You can also browse by category group — Renovations & Construction, Outdoor & Property, Auto & Bike, or Home Services.

Yes! Add up to 4 providers to your compare list from the search results, then view them side-by-side. See pricing, credentials, reviews, services, and more — all in one place.

Service providers can apply through our partner program. We verify licenses, insurance, and references to ensure quality. Listings are free during our launch phase.

Providers are marked as 'Verified' when we've confirmed their licenses, insurance, and certifications. Look for the green badge on their profile. You can also contact us if you have concerns about a listing.

Reviews are submitted by customers who have worked with a provider. Each review includes a rating (1–5 stars), a title, a description, and whether the reviewer would recommend them. We encourage honest feedback.

The Project Hub is a coordination toolkit for managing home projects. Track quotes from multiple contractors, schedule appointments, store contractor contacts, manage budgets, keep documents & warranties safe, and follow a project timeline — all in one place.

Premium is $15 CAD every 3 months (quarterly billing). It includes full access to the Project Hub. Premium is coming soon — core features are free for now.

Yes! Browsing, searching, comparing, and viewing provider details are always free. Premium adds the Project Hub coordination features.

Yes! You can save (favorite) any provider. Your saved list is private and requires login to access. Browsing the directory does not require login.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We follow Canadian privacy standards and never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You don't need to log in to browse, search, and view provider details. Logging in is only required to save favorites, create projects (Premium), or manage your account.

Yes. You can request account deletion at any time. Your projects and saved providers will be deleted, and your personal data will be removed from our systems (with exceptions for legal/tax compliance).
